Lyndsey McNally has worked with condominium corporations since 2002 in a variety of roles including administration, physical building management, financial management, organizational management, and policy oversight. At Condominium Lending Group, Lyndsey develops and implements customized financing solutions for condominium corporations.

Lyndsey was elected to the Board of Directors of the Canadian Condominium Institute in 2018 and is the current President. She is a subject-matter expert for the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario and is the licensing instructor for condominium managers at Humber College on the subject of financial management. She also takes an interest on a municipal level having acted as Chair of the Property Standards and Animal Services Appeals Committee for the Town of Ajax for 2 terms and is the current Chair of the Ashley Manor Housing Corporation, offering almost 600 affordable housing units in the Town of Ajax.

Lyndsey is a regular educational speaker and writer on subjects such as communication, ethics, financial management, condo governance, condo insurance, planning successful meetings, wellness, and mental health. An expert meeting chair, she has been responsible for over 200 public meetings in her career both in the condominium and municipal sectors.

A multiple award winner, Lyndsey is proud of her selection as Property Manager of the Year by the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario in 2017, as well as her participation in the selection of her firm and clients in winning 6 other prestigious awards.
